Karlo X. Ramos is photographer and director living in Dallas, TX. Karlo started his carrer as a musician in Puerto Rico playing in different bands. He then transitioned to photographing rock shows and documenting nightlife in Puerto Rico both in photography and video. Karlo’s images have been published extensively online and in print, His work has appeared in publications such as SpinEarth,AOL Latino and Billboard Latino Magazine. His videos have aired in network channels like Univision,Telemundo,Tr3s, Mun2, among others as part of their regular rotation. His achievements include a finalist mention During the Billboard MarketingAwards 2011 for the Viral Campaign he filmed and documented for Heineken/Nacional Records Road trip 2010. His passion for creating images have turned Karlo’s lens to shoot fashion, beauty, movie sets, and above all music both in front of the speakers and backstage.
